Our supply chain is mainly made up of skilled partners who help us deliver our work. We check who we work with and aim to work only with partners who share our values. We make it clear that we will not work with anyone who takes part in forced work or unfair treatment.

Our steps to prevent modern slavery

We take the following steps to cut the risk of modern slavery in our business.

• We ask new partners to confirm that they follow fair work rules.

• We keep an open line with our partners so we can raise concerns if we see anything wrong.

• We train our team so they know what signs to look for and what to do if they spot a concern.

• We check our own working habits to make sure we are not placing unfair pressure on anyone.

Raising a concern

If any team member or partner feels unsure about something they see, hears of, or is told about, they are asked to speak up at once. We take all concerns seriously and we act fast.

Our ongoing aim

We will keep checking our own work and our supply chain so we can act early if risks change over time. We will keep making small steps that help us keep a safe and fair workplace.
